How does the E-store work?
The Habitat Greater Vancouver E-store is an online sales floor of Items that are typically found within one of the ReStores. The ReStore's sell donated home decor & building supplies both new and used. The Online store is a way to ensure that you get an item before someone else does, you can now shop the best restore deals from the comfort of your home!
What happens once I buy something?
When you buy an Item from the Habitat GV E-store, you will receive a email confirmation within 48 hours that your order is ready for pick-up.
Where do I pick up my purchased items?
Please come to the Enterprise ReStore (the back entrance) to pick up your items between 10AM-4PM Monday to Saturday.
What are the delivery options?
At this time delivery options are not available. We require that your items are picked up within 4 days after the confirmation order is received
What If i change my mind once I order the item?
You can cancel the order and be refunded the full amount to your credit card as long as you have not picked up the package. After taking the item home the item can be returned at your closest restore for an in-store credit within 7 days.
What if I cannot find what I want online?
Then we suggest visiting one of our five ReStore locations in the greater Vancouver area today! Or visit our site next week for updated items!
